The accuracy of any quality test begins with a representative sample. Our trained technicians follow standardised sampling protocols as laid down by regulatory bodies like the Directorate of Marketing & Inspection (DMI). This ensures that the sample drawn accurately reflects the quality of the entire consignment, forming a reliable basis for all subsequent analysis.
Our quality control laboratories are the heart of our inspection services. We are committed to establishing facilities that adhere to NABL (ISO 17025) accreditation principles, equipped with modern instruments capable of conducting a comprehensive range of tests. Our assaying services assess critical quality parameters, including: Moisture content and humidity Foreign matter and impurities Pest infestation and uric acid levels Damaged, discoloured, or broken grains Purity and varietal identification Commodity-specific parameters (e.g., oil content in oilseeds)
Based on the laboratory analysis, we grade commodities according to the specifications laid down by government bodies (like DMI and FSSAI) and international standards. Upon completion, we issue a detailed and official Quality Assessment Report. This certificate serves as a trusted, independent verification of the commodity's quality, which is essential for trading, financing, and export.
